Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our candles and service. If for some reason you’d like to return or exchange your order, please contact customer service at order@rtwsalesandservices.comto coordinate a return or exchange by following the steps below.Returns or exchanges must be claimed within 14 days upon receipt of goods. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
1. Contact our Customer Service department at They will confirm your claim for a return or exchange. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and reason for return. Our daily office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm EST  1-704-467-3550 .

2. Put your ORDER NUMBER on the box and pack items with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.

3. Allow up to 3 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to card (minus original shipping costs) or an exchange made.
