If for some reason you’d like to return or exchange your order, please contact customer service at email@example.com coordinate a return or exchange by following the steps below.Returns or exchanges must be claimed within 14 days upon receipt of goods. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
1. Contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will confirm your claim for a return or exchange. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and reason for return. Our daily office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm EST 1-704-467-3550 .
2. Put your ORDER NUMBER on the box and pack items with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.
3. Allow up to 3 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to card (minus original shipping costs) or an exchange made.
